INFORMATION ON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (SECOND AND FINAL BATCH) FOR O'LEVEL AND MATURE APPLICANTS

As stated in the Advertisement, O/Level and Mature applicants will write an Entrance Examination for admission as part of the admission process. Applicants are  therefore, advised to adhere strictly to the batching that will be sent to them few days to the Examination with the Centre they selected at the point of applying. You are hereby being notified of the details of the examination as below:

VENUE FOR CANDIDATES WHO SELECTED IBADAN EXAMINATION CENTRE

·         Computer-Based Testing Centre, Faculty of Technology, University of Ibadan.

VENUE FOR CANDIDATES WHO SELECTED LAGOS EXAMINATION CENTRE

• Computer-Based Testing Centre (CBT) 1, Adebayo Akande Street, Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

NOTE: Applicants who completed and submitted their applications will write their examinations with the second batch.

In order to assist your preparation for the examination which is Computer-Based Test, please find below the curriculum for the examination. You are therefore advised to equip yourself in the following areas: 

1. What Distance Learning Education is all about

2. Familiarity with the University of Ibadan (UI) and UIDLC Websites

3. General knowledge of University of Ibadan and DLC

4. Basic Information Technology/Computer Appreciation

5. Use of English (JAMB Syllabus)

6. Quantitative Aptitude Test

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION IS FOR APPLICANTS WITH O'LEVEL AND MATURE APPLICATION AND FOR THOSE THAT MISSED THE FIRST BATCH OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

 GENERAL INFORMATION TO ALL APPLICANTS

1.All Candidates are to come to Examination venue with their Application slip. No Candidate will be allowed into the examination venue without his/her Application slip.

2.If your uploaded picture is not clear, bring two passport photographs to the examination venue.

3.Candidates are advised to check the examination schedule and adhere strictly to it.

4.Any Candidate who comes late for his/her examination will not be allowed to sit for that examination.

5.Cell phone is not allowed in the Examination hall.
